Prof. R.D.Shukla is an Education expert with a distinguished academic and research career. He has worked for 35 years in National Council for Education Research and Training (NCERT), New Delhi. During his tenure at NCERT, he held important positions like Dean (Coordination), Head of the Department for Education in Science and Mathematics and Professor (Chemistry). At NCERT, he was deeply involved in development of school curriculum and was instrumental in development of four generations of textual and instructional material in Science that are at par with International standards. He worked for popularization of Science and Mathematics and developed forty books in these subjects. He has published several research papers in Indian and American journals of repute and visited several countries in connection with curriculum development. United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) study visits and international conferences.

Ms.Rekha Mahajan
Head Mistress

She has more than 20 years of academic experience. Representing a diverse background, she is M Sc., M Ed., with PHD in Education. Adding to her achievements, she is equally competent with various attainments in sporting activities. NCC Cadet and a District level Badminton player add feathers to her various accomplishments. Prior to this assignment she was a Principal of a residential school in Haryana.
OM Foundation is fortunate to have her onboard as she is a boon for the school as the academic head and helping the OM Children with all her expertise.

Sunita Ganju
Asst. Project Director

Mrs. Sunita Ganju has been working with the Foundation since its inception and was responsible for mobilizing the community. She is an M.A. in Economics and is responsible for overall administration of the School.
