From a small classroom in Noida to a movement transforming thousands of lives -
here’s how OM Foundation has evolved over the last two decades.

  1. OM Foundation is born.
    Started with ~40 children in Nursery & KG - planting seeds of change through education.
  2. No child learns hungry.
    Launched our first nutrition program to support classroom learning with nourishment.
  3. Scaling primary education.
    Expanded our school till grade 6.
  4. Academic partnerships for higher grades.
    Expanded our school and partnered with other schools to support Grade 9–12 students.
  5. Support for higher education.
    Expanded into higher education scholarships and vocational programs.
  6. Second chances.
    Launched an Afternoon Batch (NIOS) with Grades 9-12 for dropouts.
  7. Going digital.
    Embraced online learning with tablets for students during the COVID era.
  8. Innovations and focus.
    Invested in language and IT labs and core academic support.
  9. A thriving ecosystem.
    We continue to impact thousands of children and families, offering dignity, opportunity, and a path to lasting change.

We envision a society where education is not a privilege but a right, accessible to all. Our goal is to create an environment where every child can realize their full potential, free from the barriers of poverty, gender discrimination, and social inequality.


Mission

The OM Foundation is driven by a singular mission: to disrupt the cycle of poverty by providing free, quality education and nutritional support to underprivileged children. We believe that education is the most powerful tool for social change and are committed to ensuring that every child, regardless of their socio-economic background, has the opportunity to succeed.
